Commercial Mortgage Loans

1st Continental Mortgage offers a wide range of loan programs for commercial and multifamily properties to include hard to fund products such as mobile home parks and gas stations.

Due to the complex nature of the product please note the following basic terms for originating a commercial loan with me at 1st Continental Mortgage.

The minimum loan amount is $250,000.00

The maximum loan amount is $5M.

(Some exceptions may be made to loan amounts as determined by 1st Continental Mortgage, the location of the property and Our Investors.)
